Afraid of saying the wrong thing?

Increasingly we are finding that peoples’ fear of saying the wrong thing is stopping them from taking action to create the inclusive cultures they believe in.

The more senior people are, the more what they communicate influences culture. This goes beyond what they say and what they don’t say.

We have crafted two Inclusive Communication workshop options to close this gap ensuring that you are developing a positive workplace environment where no one feels that they do not belong.

Our Inclusive Communication workshops at a glance

Understand inclusive communication and starting to act.

This workshop will define what we mean by ‘inclusive communication’, look at why it matters and provide specific advice on how to put behaviours into practice without fear.

Cost:
£3,500 for the first workshop

  • • 1-hour structured session facilitated by 2 experts in DEI with an extra 30 minutes to support attendees who have more questions or want to continue the conversation

    • Virtual - on your platform or ours - making it easy for people to join from all over the world

    • Unlimited number of attendees*

    • 12-month Honeycomb access for up to 50 people

    • Recording of the event with permission to share internally

A programme to further support people who are motivated to be change agents within the organisation and develop deeper expertise in inclusive communication.

Three additional workshops will create space to share challenges and discuss strategies that will make a difference supported by solid, relevant research. The third workshop will allow us to set up accountability and peer support for long-term, scalable impact.

Together we’ll co-create an evidence-based strategy to ensure everyone in your organisation knows how to communicate inclusively and what’s expected of them.

If I could give a feeling to it, it would be like oh thank God. Because it’s given me that that that feeling of like, wow, I can actually start doing some of this.
