Together we’ll co-create an evidence-based strategy to ensure everyone in your organisation knows how to communicate inclusively and what’s expected of them.

• Bespoke workshop design, delivered virtually or in person, based on discussions from the foundation workshop and questions shared after and between sessions
• Workshop facilitation and management by two of our dynamic and experienced DEI facilitators
• Up to 15 participants for a highly collaborative experience
•12-month Honeycomb access for all participants
•3 progress reports based on aggregated Honeycomb data - baseline, midpoint and post-programme analysis of behaviour change and impact
• 2 days to review data that already exists within the organisation and develop recommendations that will be woven into the workshop and strategy
This company-wide event will introduce your chosen topic to your organisation in an engaging and dynamic workshop led by two industry experts.
The workshop will define what we mean by ‘inclusive communication’ or ‘allyship’, look at why it matters and provide specific advice on how to put behaviours into practice without fear.
