An interactive, engaging introduction to what it means to be an ally, why it's so important and how to get started with specific daily behaviours that will have a significant impact on your culture.

It includes:

  • 60 minute live virtual event for up to 200 people, with polling

  • Guest speaker slot for your internal leaders/influencers to add relevance and emotional connection

  • Dedicated time for participant questions

  • Hosted on your virtual event technology or ours

  • Up to 25 licenses to the Honeycomb app (see below for detail)

Our Honeycomb app

Our app helps individuals and organisations make big positive changes the lasting way – habit by habit, person by person.

It includes:

  • checklist of actions for people to take for self-improvement

  • unlimited, anytime 360 feedback that lets individuals choose when they need it

  • two ‘push’ surveys - admin created diagnostics delivered on an agreed schedule

  • map of strengths and gaps to target development where it’s most needed

  • real time progress reports so individuals can see how they’re developing and organisations can get ahead of emerging risks

  • impact statements and behaviours for each key topic

  • supporting tips for each behaviour

  • quarterly analysis and reporting of progress/results with recommendations

Need more support?

After the ‘How to be an Ally’ workshop, we can provide ongoing support and guidance from a mentor with deep Diversity & Inclusion and coaching expertise to help people make ally behaviours daily habits. It’s our most powerful way of embedding long lasting habit change.

Coaching add-on includes:

  • 60 minute virtual workshop covering a topic in depth once a month

  • 30 minute drop in session every two weeks for people to ask questions of an expert coach and each other (virtual)

  • support to create individual action plans with follow up nudges and prompts from an expert coach via online chat
