Golden Cell: Learnlight

In recognition of their partnership with The Honeycomb Works and commitment to DEI, Learnlight has received the THCW Golden Cell. 

To have the Golden Cell, you need to demonstrate that your team is actively working on developing inclusive habits; your leadership is supporting the process and that you are taking an active, data-driven approach to understanding your culture and where it needs to improve.

Through this partnership, Learnlight undertook a Belonging Survey, revealing that over 80% of participants expressed a sense of belonging within the Learnlight community. While this feedback is highly encouraging, it also underscores the continuous potential for development, emphasising the importance of maintaining a growth mindset to establish an inclusive workplace.

Learnlight has also undertaken an Inclusive Leadership programme, using the Honeycomb to gather feedback on how they are doing.

Learnlight is working hard to create a safe space for all team members, empowering them to actively contribute, challenge, and innovate!
