Research tells us that allies in companies often feel unsupported and overwhelmed by the extra duties they have to perform on top of their role responsibilities. We have listened to advocates, HR leaders, ERGs, and organisations and so developed three options to support and develop your allies and advocates.

Introduction to Belonging & Being an Ally event

Light a spark with an organisation-wide event that will drive motivation and engagement in diversity, equity, and inclusion while giving people immediate steps they can take to create a more inclusive culture. 

Develop a shared understanding and vocabulary across the organisation.

How to be an Ally programme

Develop a group of people to drive change with our How to be an Ally programme.

Did you know it only takes 25% of people changing their behaviour to shift a social norm? This ally programme will go deeper into the topics, giving people time to practice the behaviours that can change the world.  

In three workshops we’ll build a deep understanding of inclusive behaviours, participants’ own strengths and gaps, and support them to embed the habits in their daily work.

What’s included:

2 hour design session to tailor the programme so that it is relevant for you

3 workshops lead by 2 expert facilitators, running for 90 minutes to 3 hours

Debrief session with the team for feedback, insights and recommendations of next steps

Honeycomb licenses for all participants

Inclusion Ambassadors programme

Sustainably scale long-term change with our Inclusion Ambassadors programme.

Need to scale allyship affordably and sustainably? The Inclusion Ambassadors programme will support participants to deliver their own ally training workshops, driving change across your organisation.

What’s included:

2-hour design session to tailor the programme so that it is relevant for you

5 workshops led by 2 expert facilitators, running for 90 minutes to 3 hours (depending on the availability of the team) 

Debrief session with the team for feedback, insights and recommendations on the next steps
